Paul M. Sullivan Jr.

Attorney at Law


Mr. Sullivan is a sole-practioner.  He was born and raised in Boston, MA.  He graduated from B.C. High and upon graduation entered the seminary of the Jesuit order. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Boston College and then lived in Germany.  There he obtained a degree in philosophy. He speaks fluent German. Upon his return to the U.S. Mr. Sullivan married his wife Linda.  He then obtained his J.D. from Northeastern School of Law in Boston and moved to Florida, where he has practiced law since 1976.

 

Mr. Sullivan's practice focuses solely on claimants.  He does not represent insurance companies or employers.  His practice has focused on ERISA claimant's exclusively since 1987.
